What we store, what our providers process and how to ask for access or deletion.
Privacy Policy

Your account and designs
We store your account name, email, securely hashed password, session information, credit balance, generation requests and generated image references to provide your studio and saved designs. Never include sensitive personal information in a prompt.
Image generation
Your tattoo description and selected style are sent to SeeAPI to create an image using Z-Image Turbo (z-image-turbo). SeeAPI processes and hosts generated output under its own data policies. Images are available through your signed-in studio; provider asset URLs may be accessible to anyone who has the URL.
Safety reports and moderation
If you contact support@createaitattoo.app to report content, we process your email, the references and explanation you provide, and relevant account and generation records to investigate and respond. Access is limited to authorized operators who need the information for the review. We retain relevant records as needed to resolve reports, enforce our terms and meet applicable retention obligations. Please do not send illegal images or unrelated personal data. Hosting and analytics
Cloudflare hosts the website and account database. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits. Analytics loads when you visit and may use cookies. We do not send your tattoo prompts, email, password, image contents or URL query parameters to Google Analytics.
Payments
Waffo handles subscription payments through its hosted checkout. We send your account email and order details to create checkout, and retain payment references and credit allocations. Card details are handled by Waffo and are not stored on this website.
Cookies
Session cookies keep you signed in. Analytics cookies help measure visits. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Content reports
If you send a content report or appeal, we process your contact details, explanation and relevant account or generation records to investigate and respond. We use this information for support, safety and dispute handling, not analytics.
Retention and requests
We keep account and generation records to provide your studio and prevent duplicate charges. To request access or deletion, contact support@createaitattoo.app. Deletion from third-party systems is subject to their retention policies.
