Acceptable use and content standards

These rules apply to prompts, generated images and all use of Create AI Tattoo. You must not request, create or distribute any of the following:

1. Pornography and NSFW content: sexually explicit imagery, sexual acts, fetish content or sexualized nudity.
2. Violence and gore: graphic injuries, mutilation, torture, extreme bloodshed, or material that threatens, encourages or celebrates real-world violence.
3. Hate speech: imagery or messages that attack, dehumanize, threaten or promote discrimination against people based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability.
4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other child-unsafe content: any sexual depiction or exploitation of a minor, including fictional or AI-generated depictions, grooming, or content encouraging harm to children.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation: deceptive depictions of real people, non-consensual intimate imagery, identity misuse, or content falsely presented as authorized by another person or organization.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement: copying protected artwork, characters, logos or trademarks without the necessary rights, or generating misleading branded content. Only use material you own or are authorized to use.

Ordinary tattoo motifs such as a decorative dagger, a skull or a non-graphic mythological scene must still comply with these standards.

Report unsafe or infringing content

Email support@createaitattoo.app with the subject “Content report”. This address is also available in the footer on every page. You do not need an account to report a concern.

Include the design ID or page URL, the category of concern, a short explanation and a reply address. For copyright or trademark concerns, identify the protected work or mark and explain your authority to report it. Do not attach illegal imagery or unnecessary personal information; for suspected CSAM, provide the design ID or URL only.

Content moderation and enforcement

Generation requests use SeeAPI’s automated upstream NSFW checker. Automated screening has limits and does not establish that an image meets every rule above. Authorized operators also review content reports and can examine the relevant prompt, generated image reference and account activity needed to assess the report.

After receiving a report, we review the reported material against these standards, prioritize suspected child exploitation and immediate threats, and request clarification when needed. Confirmed violations may result in blocking access to a design, stopping further generation, or suspending the responsible account. Where necessary, we request removal from our generation provider and cooperate with legally required investigations.

We record the review and action taken. When appropriate, we inform the reporter and affected user of the outcome without disclosing another person’s private information. To appeal a restriction, email the same support address with the design or account reference and your explanation; we review the decision again. Provider-hosted copies are subject to the provider’s removal process.
